How do I book an RV trailer on rvrentservice.com?

Booking takes just a few steps:

1) Start by following this link. Choose your start and end dates, select the location where you'd like the trailer set up along with its campsite number, and enter the number of guests (including children and their ages, if any). Then click "Submit" to continue.

2) Select your trailer and confirm that the dates and location are correct. When everything looks right, click "Request to book".

3) On the final page, you'll review your details and complete secure payment. Once your payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your booking details and reservation number.

I'm having trouble completing a booking. What should I do?

Dates that appear with a strikethrough in the calendar are unavailable, meaning no trailers are open for those days. If the "Continue" button doesn't advance you to the next page, please read the message shown in red just above the button — in most cases, a required field simply hasn't been filled in yet. If you've checked everything and still need a hand, we're here for you. Just reach out to our team and we'll be glad to assist.

Who takes care of delivery and setup?

We do — personally. Our team handles delivery and full setup of your RV trailer, and this service is included when you place your rental order. To make sure everything goes smoothly, we'll need your campsite number. You're welcome to place your order without it, and we'll simply follow up to collect that detail afterward.

How are online card payments handled, and is my information safe?

Absolutely. We process payments through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted and secure payment platforms — the same system relied on by companies like Amazon, Google, and others, operating under the encrypted HTTPS protocol to protect your personal data.

Your credit and debit card information is stored securely within Stripe's system and never in our databases, so your sensitive details stay fully protected at every step.

What if I've paid and need to cancel my reservation?

We understand that plans can change. Our website has a clear cancellation procedure, and you can review the full details on our cancellation policy page.

What should I do if the black water tank (toilet) or gray water tank (shower and kitchen) becomes full?

There's no need to worry — for this, our RV trailers use a portable waste tank. You're welcome to empty it yourself into the main sewage system whenever it's convenient for you. Prefer to leave it to us? For a flat fee of $100, we'll come and take care of it for you within a 20-mile radius. Beyond that radius, a small additional charge of $3 per mile applies.
