RVRentService: Cancellation Policy

To ensure clarity and understanding of our cancellation policy, here is the detailed breakdown:

Refunds Based on Time Before the Trip:

1. Same Day Cancellation (Calendar Day of Booking): 90% refund.
2. Up to a Week Before the Trip:
   • 6 days: 40% refund.
   • 5 days: 30% refund.
   • 4 days: 20% refund.
   • 3 days: 10% refund.
   • 2 days or less: No refund.
3. Advanced Bookings:
   • 1-2 months in advance: 90% refund.
   • 3 weeks in advance: 70% refund.
   • 2 weeks in advance: 60% refund.
   • 1 week in advance: 50% refund.

To cancel your booking: Reply to the confirmation email you received when you made the reservation. The time and date of your reply will be considered the official time and date of cancellation.
