3) After that, you will be on the final page where your details and card number are displayed. Upon successful payment, you will receive a notification via email with your booking details and number.

I am unable to make a booking. What should I do?

The dates in the calendar that you cannot book are shown with a strikethrough. This means there are no available RV trailers for those dates. If you click the continue button and it does not take you to the next page, carefully read the text above the button in red. Most likely, you have not entered all the required information in the form. If you still have questions, please contact us.

Who handles the delivery and setup of the RV trailer?

We handle the delivery and setup ourselves, and you pay for this service when you place your rental order. Therefore, you need to provide your campsite rental number. You can place an order without this number, but we will ask for it after the order is placed.

You make the payment online using a card. What system do you use?

We use a secure online payment system, stripe.com, which is also used by Amazon, Google, WhatsApp, and other platforms following the HTTPS protocol, ensuring the safety of your personal data. The security of the money transfer is handled by Stripe.

In other words, all your personal credit, debit card data is stored directly in the Stripe system, not in our databases

What if I paid and need to cancel my order?

Yes, we have a cancellation procedure on our website. You can find detailed information at this link...

What to do if the black water tank (for the toilet) or the gray water tank
(for the shower and kitchen) is full?

Don't worry, our RV trailer is equipped with a portable waste tank. You can empty it yourself and dispose of the waste in the main sewage system. Alternatively, you can pay us $80, and we will come and empty it for you, provided you are within 20 miles. If you are farther away, there is an additional charge of $3 per mile.
